$209.00 per Guest Room per night, based on Single or Double Occupancy.
Rates are net non-commissionable. All rates are subject to applicable taxes.
PARKING
The Holiday Inn Downtown/Soho offers both valet and self-parking services. Self-parking and valet parking is $55.00 per 24 hrs. The parking garage is located on Wooster Street, between Canal Street and Grand Street.
COMMENTS:
No cancellations will be permitted once confirmed by 7/29/2008.
METHOD OF RESERVATIONS – ROOMING LIST
INDIVIDUAL CALL-IN: Individual guests will contact the hotel Group Sales office directly for the NACIVT block rate at 212-966-8898 to place their room reservation. At that time, the guest will be required to give a valid credit card number. Reservations must be made no later than 7/29/2008.
All reservations made by individual call-in will be automatically guaranteed for late arrival by NACIVT. If any confirmed guest does not check in, the guest's credit card number on file will be charged the room rate and applicable taxes for the dates of the intended stay.
After the cut-off date of 7/29/2008, the Hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general resale. Any reservation received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and/or rate available basis only. Should the guest room block be filled prior to the cut-off date, any additional room requests will be negotiated on a space and/or rate available basis.
Guestroom Cancellation Policy:
The arrangements outlined in this agreement are to be protected on a definite basis upon receipt of the signed confirmation. In the event that a room reservation is cancelled after 7/29/2008 a 100% loss of revenue will be billed to the individual's credit card.
The most important points of the contract are the following:
- $209 per night plus taxes based on single or double occupancy
- credit cards will be charged immediately
- no cancellations
