You must first sign up (online) and submit your registration fees (online) and security deposit first before we provide the team roster and waiver forms. Once the registration fees and security deposit have been accepted will you receive copies of the Team Roster and Waiver Forms.
Is the website secure?
YES, we use the latest SSL encryption for the payment portion of this site. All your information is protected and will not be used in any manner outside of completing the tournament registration or any tournament communications and notifications. Your information will not be sold or provided to third parties for any marketing or non-tournament related purposes. We also do not capture or store your card information.
How do I make changes to my roster?
To make changes to your roster, you will be provided via email access to an editable copy of your Team Roster Form online via a link directly to the document. From here you can upload a new roster in PDF format. Every new upload will automatically delete the previous version of your roster. You have until August 15, 2016 to make any changes.
How many times can I make changes to my roster?
You can make as many changes as you need with your roster until August 15, 2016 12 am PST. Any changes or additions after this date will have to be made at the Team Check-In before the Captains Meeting on Friday September 2, 2016. If a new player is being added to the roster, that individual will be required to add their name and sign a waiver at the Team Check-In. Roster changes and player additions will not be allowed when tournament begins on Saturday September 3, 2016.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SUBMIT THE WAIVER FORM
- Print out a copy and get all the necessary hand signatures. Scan the updated copy, save as a PDF, and upload it directly from your online registration account.
- Use Adobe PDF Reader or E-Sign the PDF waiver form and upload the final copy from your online registration account.
- (For Mac Users) Use Preview to have players sign the document and upload the final copy from your online registration account.
Where do I send my Stay and Play deposit?
Your team’s Cashier’s check can be mailed to PO BOX #DD, Pasadena, CA 91102. Each team needs to submit their individual Stay and Play deposit via a Cashier’s check. On the Cashier’s check, please include your Club Name, Team’s Name, City, and Division (Men’s or Women’s).
